I don't mind you asking at all. :)
I wouldn't say I'm completely self taught.
For canines and other animals, yes, I am. But not really for dragons. I used J "NeonDragon" Peffer's 'DragonArt Evolution How To Draw Everything Dragon' book I got from the Michaels craft store to help me with my dragon anatomy. For any other thing I draw, I look at pictures to study the anatomy.
