This is the pokemon Banette, whos Pokedex entry states he is an abandoned childrens toy. Who was then inhabited by an evil spirit. If he opens his mouth, out comes the spirit. Correct me if this is wrong. Aaanywaaay hope y'all like this! Feedback appreciated.
