This looks almost like Wienerdragon transformed into a fluffy armadillo thing. XD It's a very creative creature!

The creature looks like a mix of a rat, astro and a peacock to me.

It reminded me of Wienerdragon because of the blue fur and spots. It also reminds me of another animal, but I can't remember what it is.
