Here is Stitches's body under his cloth.
On the left is just under the Sttches "skin"(cloth) it shows mostly skeleton and stuffing. The stuffing is tightend wool that is more like a caste with concrete inside it.
The skeleton is magicly grown and acts as a normal skeleton.
On the right is the spiritual parts.
Stitches body is mostly composed of dark silk-like fabrics.
The left arm is also a cannon powerful enough to blast a wall of renforced concrete to pieces.
