Rune is the sole surviving member of the pack Valut. He is clever, swift, but weak and easily injured. Not the best traits for a lone wolf. . . He tries to find love, but she-wolves reject him for his lack of size and strength. Male wolves find him weak and puny, so they lash out and maul him. The markings are berry juice and the symbol appears only on his left side.
