I just want it underneath, not from my roots on the outside.
so what I need help with is... how do I get the brightest colour without destroying my hair ? haha

that answer is hard well if you dont wanna damage your hair then theres a chance because if you think you got the color and you keep on not liking it and you dye it and dye it that will damage your hair the dye i have to ask meh mom about that one

well.. based on my own experience with my natural hair color [d!rty blonde and mousey brown] that's virtually impossible. BUT! if it's only a streak, you wont ruin it. Bleach works the best, but you wont need a whole lot of it for that. There's also a process called 'lightening' that isnt as harsh as bleaching.. but still does damage. Any form of dye does damage. To help this, all you need to do is condition the spot more than usual! It rehydrates your hair and keeps it soft. Bleach isnt as harsh as people say. I have to bleach my roots every few months in order to refresh my teal. I use a bunch of conditioner and it's good as new!
