I sit in a tree wings out and folded against my back. My wings are a soft grey with light blue on the tips of each feather.

I grab the branch above me and my wings open slightly taken by surprise. "What the...!" I look down at the ground to identify the cause for the tree's v!olent movement.

Watching you climb out I stared struck speeckless. "Holy crap, where'd he come from?" I then jump down with my wings open to slow my decent as I land.

I look up, "I hope I'm not dead," a large black creature landed in front of me, "Clearly not!" As the monster swung at me I jumped back and snapped my fingers, the monster exploded and I landed on my back, "Whew,"
