Excellent! The highlights really brings life to your work, and the eyelashes have much volume than before. Keep practicing and you'll become very good! You may have some disappointing paintings, but learn from them and try figuring out what the flaws are, if you do this, than every next painting you do will be better than the last! I'm excited to see future paintings of yours ^^

And also, just remember, that adding lights (highlights) and dark tones (shading) together can create an illusion of realism, try and take these into considerations and their will be no doubt that your painting will look awesome! Try and study how hair reflects light, and the structures of the face, so you know where the shading should be laid. :) Keep up the great work!
