Haha, 50 is a lot! xD But I know what you mean, Black. I have quite a few watchers on dA, but only a small handful comment. But art should always be for yourself first! Watchers and popularity mean nothing if you aren't happy with your art youself. In my case, I like my art, but there's so much I want to get better at, which is why I say my art is lame. It's not met my own expectations yet. C:

@Bluepheonix, I wanted to comment back to you seperately. C: When I first started posting my art online 5 years ago, there was an artist I idolized. I wished so much to be able to draw like her... AND I STILL DO, even though said artist is my best friend now. XD My art will never be good enough when I'm comparing it to better artist (and there will ALWAYS be 'better artists', lol) But for every single picture you draw, you learn more, not just about how to achieve the style you want, but you learn the things you're good at, and the things you love drawing best. Don't compare yourself to other artists, instead compare your CURRENT art to previous art you've done, and see the improvement in yourself. cB We all have days we doubt our art abilities, but redrawing old art is the best way to combat that! 8D
