Surfing Through Retropolis by Scolex Ind.
This is a scenario that I plan to use for my planned T.V show, JR. Dictator. I don't plan to explain EVERYTHING just yet, but if you have a brain, then you can already tell that it has a very futuristic approach and maybe even guess it's basic premise. I don't plan to make the show untill I learn everything I need to know about animation and show business, so I don't expect Jeff to make an official appearance until about ten years later, but I hope you enjoy my concept art.

The style reminds me less of Invader Zim as most would suggest but more of the style of Duckman. I dunno if you guys know it, it may be a little obscure. Adult-oriented cartoon, ran from nineteen-ninety four to ninety seven ([d]amn you colors and your "inappropriate" numbers), hilarious lol
