This is Whisper Rose. Her wings were torn off by an animal trap when she was younger, so she never flew. Her wingstubs bleed frequently, and she's given up on making friends or ever reaching the clouds. Whisper ran away from home and stays quietly in a small camp she set up near the town Rainfeather resides in. Whisper truly is a sweet pony, but most are scared away by the blood. She gets a lot of scrapes and cuts because she's so fragile, adding to her sad appearance.
