Jeff Scolex by Scolex Ind.
This is a character that I plan to use in my own cartoon some time in the future. I gave him a rather unique design that gave off a "cool nerd" type off vibe by using my Jhonen Vasquez art style. I also intended for his jagged and cartoonish outline and design to somewhat cabtradict with the water color style background, an art style that I plan to use in a variety of my creative works.

it looks almost exactly like Dib from Invader Zim...

I love the warped vantage point and angles used. It really works with the style. Keep it up ^^

Yeah, I sort of intended for him to look like Dib. Invader Zim is one of my favorite shows and I really like Dib's design, so I used his head and face as a basis for my character. I tried to make him look a little less elaborate though.

Have you ever read any of that guy's comics? I think one of them is titled 'Johnny the Homicidal Maniac' or 'Z?'. Looks really good!

Yeah, I've looked at Jhonen's other works like JTHM or Squee. The guy's like an idol to me.

you people are stupid, this doesn't look like Dib, and the reason it looks "Invader Zim" like- is because JHONEN VASQEZ is the guy WHO MADE INVADER ZIM..
