Lil' character whose name is Rodolfo uvu. He's a timid yet friendly Raichu. This may not be his intro pic that was planned on my sketchbook, but I was kinda told to have this up by tonight (andd I guess I liked it a bit...) Also changed "BCR!" to "Ruby!". (I hate this 3D and the floor sucks)

Well yeah, but pfffbttt I don't know? I WAS gonna upload it next week instead because I'm a lazy idiot, but got changed to posting it yesterday? (I still have like 5 more sketches from Sunday 'cause all of a sudden I got motivation and inspiration :P)
