By the way, his tail isn't rainbow, it's mostly made of 'Yellows' and 'Blues' for Thunder/Lightning look,
Yes, he has a Fur line on his neck, (Helps him stay warm :p)
And the Purple-ish black thing is his wings but hidden making it more cloak-like.
