I've noticed that too. On hatena everyone could talk and not care about followers or the stars or likes (although some people did care about that). I really didn't care, and I still don't. I just want people to talk with, but nobody else seems to want to talk.

I always say hello, It's the first thing I do...
When I'm in a chat and a bunch of people are talking to me and someone walks in, nobody says hi... Then I'm chatting with them too. Even when people do, They get ignored. It's annoying.
Then they complain they're being ignored. -Sigh-

There aren't very many 'like' beggars yet [Knock on wood...], But even on hatena nobody cared about them, They would do their own thing... We would do ours. Hang with a million people... Fun... But it's sad now.

I have a feeling the old one was doing fine on money, but now they just want profit. It should just be an application where you can make your animations, and post them and recieve critique. And earn friends.
They should make the application itself cost like, 20 dollars and from there give everything else away free.
That keeps away star beggers, It gives them their 'profit', and who wouldn't buy it?

FN was amazing. And it's everywhere. I've made friends irl because they actually knew flipnote... It's all over youtube... DA is full of past Hatena users... It's rather deppressiing to see it all go...

If paying for it gives us back hatena i'm fine with it. But if it's disapointing... -Sigh-

Personally i don't care about likes or followers at all. the most likes i've gotten on colors is six XD. and most of my followers are just ghost followers including most of my friends. I would also like to chat with people but i'm too shy to really just go and join one and wind up interrupting something. If i were invited to chat i'd be happy to but nobody does and i think everyone just forgets i exist mostly XD

I didn't like the likes because I thought the brown stars made the bottom look ugly... XDD
