EXCELLENTMHAHAHAHAHA! I think that contests for trainer designs are a nice touch, but if we're talking Gym Leaders I say we wait until we have more Pokes in the Dex.

I think starting on the trainers is a good idea. Gym leaders should definitely wait.

Yeah, Gym Leaders and Elite Four. Or general rare/slightly legendary Pokemon, like a Pokemon Trio [Moltres-Articuno-Zapdos, Uxie-Mespirit-Azelf, Coballion-Terrakion-Virizion, etc.]
So far, I haven't seen any, but that may be just me.
