If you haven't heard of Twitch Plays Pokemon Red/Blue, you've been living under a rock.
So what does this mean?
Ok, so the players finally got an Eevee from Bill. They planned to make it evolve into a Vaporeon, so it can learn Surf. However, they got a Fire Stone, so it evolved into Flareon instead, making it the "False Prophet" and a troll. XD

So when they went to deposit Flareon, they messed up and accidentally released ABBBBBBK (A Charmeleon named Abby) and JLVNNOOOO (A Ratatta named Jay Leno). They blamed this on Flareon, who was released on Day 5.
