WHY PEOPLE COMMIT S.U.I.C.I.D.E: THE CYCLE OF PURE ANGER

Somebody gets angry, and takes it out on somebody else. Unless revenge is in their mind and the two become enemies, they hold a grudge and drop it on the next person, and so on. But occasionally, there is some people (I am one of them) who store the anger inside of them, and keep taking the hits. Then there are three options. One, the person lets all of it out at once in rage or anger, two, the person lets off steam little by little, putting them in a bad attitude, to gradually return to their orginal state and repeats, or three, s.u.i.c.i.d.e.

I have, and always will, choose the second option.
