I've gotta agree with you there, in the past ignoring internet trolls has worked for me, I just delete their comments with no response they tend to get bored after a while.
Theres no point in responding to them unless they carry on unprevoked, then it should be delt with by autority, just reporting them directly to the Collecting Smiles staff, not taking it into your own hands.
I am aware that they are on their 2nd account now after their last one got banned but if they continue their system could easily be banned.
