Normally I don't go for painting with neon [eyes are sensitive] but this is really nice. Good job!

Can I ask your opinion on something?
So, lately, I've been really unmotivated. So many other artists get better and better but I am in a rut with art block, and not to mention that I'm really lacking in skills... Any tips or advice you could give me? You are an important friend to me, so I value your thoughts :)
