Well, I know that but if someone is willing to open up and want to get to know you. It wouldn't hurt to at least open up and get to know them too.
And that is what exactly my love did.
I became such a closed person from all the relationships and scams I got when I was on GaiaOnline. I didn't want to trust anyone from the fear of being tricked again.
But there is going to be someone out there who wants to help you, that they will give anything just for you to trust them, and show you "Yes, we make mistakes. No one is perfect, but it wouldn't hurt to try again."

I have a friend who lives in the UK that was kicked out from his parents home.
Poor guy lives at a homeless shelter. I hear from him now and then. Kind of worried about him.
