This is an entry for *Neon*'s contest. Hope you like the redesign! I'm sorry there isn't any shading or rendering, but since the contest is mainly for the design, I figured shading wasn't overly necessary. If anybody REALLY wants me to, though, I can finish her up ^-^

And I definitely will if it wins for some reason lol

Still might do it anyway... the not shading bugs me XD
