This is my OC Celestia and I felt like doing some clothes designing as well as practicing a new method of drawing :3

I suppose this is the sort of thing she would wear when making a visit somewhere; protective but not bulky, an element of elegance with an air of authoriry.
Her staff can be used as a weapon.
