Myeeeehhh, that's why most are endangered! Because most people only like the fluffy, mammalian animals and most only support the popular ones too. Tigers, pandas, wolves (even if they aren't endangered.) It makes me sad. Most don't pay attention to plants either. Save the Monkey Puzzle Tree! It's my mom's favorite.

I'm also not saying DON'T save those animals, but, they need to have a broader "saving" pool.

Red wolves are actually endangered, so are Timber wolves, but the only "wolves" that exist are "grey" wolves that aren't even grey. Bleeeh.

Ahhhhhhhh. Yeesss. Those things are adorable. eue I saw a few at the Eureka (sp?) zoo. Gawsh, were they amazing. Also, California Condors. I find them adorable too. eue (Like little old men heads. XD)

Some can debate that there are only two true species of wolf. (Because there are.) Red and Grey. The so called "arctic" or "Mexican" "Species" are actually only sub-species of the whole grey wolf species.

Our Zoo has some Cali condors, and they had babus.

XD When I had art block, I was sketching a anti-theif thing. Theives are so cute.

Even though the area I live in is cold in winter, they bring the birds into the Aviarum, which is climate controlled and has tons of space.

X) We don't have a zoo, but our museum has live animals that were rescued. The lynx was a pet in the past, set loose into the wild without claws or teeth, so he would've starved were it not for the museum. The birds of prey usually are born in captivity or have some disability. (I also volunteer there.)

The rarer animals are in a breeding program to help the population, and our Zoo gives tons of space and natural habitats. uwu They take really good care of the animals.

Yeah, that would make sense. XD They leave the animals out in winter (besides the hibernating species like the badgers and otters) because they are indiginous to our area. Too bad there's no pumas. XD Not really, that would probably become a mess sooner or later.

Ahh, I'm actually having problems with designing a OC... /:T

So, I needs help making species. I mean like real species, with cray detail and cray body styles. I'm not very creative (I think) whe creating species. I want a extraterrestrial look, but, also something that could probably exist. Not just some mash up of existing Earth creatures.

Use the triangular color pallette. (Three points on the color wheel, equal distances from one another.) Then make two duller, and one brighter.

A snake like Wyrm thing with sharp, pirceing eyes and a circular mouth full o' teeth. uwu

Lots of those around. I was thinking of looking at bilaives and mixing them with some kind of pangolin or something. That'd be weird.

/XT It's not like I'm feeling uninspired; in fact I have 10Plus designs in my (Messy... -_-') sketch book I'm planning to do, but in the situation, I don't know what to do. I'm making a Chemmy re-dux for MyCaR, but I want her to still look a lot like Chemmy with being more intricate in fur pattern. No offesnse to the others, but their designs are a.. Eyesore.. Ahhhh. I'd take the existing colors and play around with em. Make them darker or lighter, do different patterns with them until you find one you like.

I have her existing colors, dimmed them down, but I can't make a pretty design with them that looks natural. T^T Honesty, it's either rave or sparkle. Purple, red, and green do not mix well unless placed in a rave way.. /:T

Small continent, but caputred the enormous Blizzard kingdom. Huge empire, near Nitrium, close allies. Inhabited by long furred, dark dogs with long legs. (Long haired pointers, german sheps, mastiffs (Yes!) some wolves (rare, from blizzard) and Burmese mountains, etc.)
Very combative, rulers of the fur/fluff/coat market.

The Calypsio kingdom-
Deserty/beachy/tropic kingdom, somewhat far from Nitrium but close to the Verdant rep. Inhabited by Salukis, and deserty dogs. They are the ones that kidnapped Vagrus. Ruled over by two Salukis, King Hypocrite and Queen Vicinity. Hates Nitrium, neutral with Umbra and Vert.

XD The king and (engaged) queen of umbra had spacey names. XD Anyways, the Umbra Empire's symbol is a cresent moon (With the rest in black). The Calypsio kingdom's is a swirly vortex. The Verdant republic's is a simple, 3 shape leaf. (I'll show you that one later.) ewe

I would name the king Paternius. The fatherrrr. Idk why. Because mastiffs are real sweethearts. -u-

(Umbra) He's actually a Borzoi/mastiff mix. Partly from Nitrium, when a King and a Nitrium ducess fell in love. His fiance is a general, and a german/pointer mix. ewe

Arthy's mother comes from Umbra. His father was a husky. XD All the wolves in Verdant are all from Blizzard, trying to escape the Umbrainian as.salt. Nitrium is a mix of dogs, but Borzois and huskies are royal. Most canids there have long pelts, even though they might not have it naturally.

I love Umbra!

What type of mastiff though? Neopolitian? Spanish? Tibetian?

He's a real kind soul to his kingdom, especially his Fiance, but over the (former)Blizzard kingdom, he has a iron paw over it. He's great friends with Saveve, but is uncertain of Tangerine, but won't attack Verdant.

Neopolitian. He's bulky in muscle, but is still sleek and has curly, black fur and a elonged muzzle. His hind quarters are chubby, and he has face wrinkles and really floppy ears, but he's pretty nice.

I really wouldn't count your adopts as sparkle dogs/wolves. If the colors blend well together, it's great in my book. -w-

King Hypocrite is a bu.tt. XD He's a golden and black Saluki. He likes land, and often pursues it. He considers Tangy a friend, and won't attack Verdant because of that, but scares Tangy. A lot. He's calm, and controlling, but he's quite bl00dthirsty. He hates Nitrium. A lot. Every (Well, most) Calypsio citizen hates Nitrium.

I would get the cinnamon-red ones. -w-

He actually sounds a lot like my Jay. XD Minus the whole royalty part and Jay couldn't control a kingdom. He'd let mu,rderers run amok because he'd be afraid to "defy their trust in their leader".

XD Ayah would fit perfectly into Calypsio. (Although that's a very separate universe and would be impossiblee.)

XD He rules over well, and treats his citizens very well. But no one dares to mess with him. In Nitrium, if you break one of Saveve's (Abiet, stuipid) personal laws, you get punished. If you break one of HYPOCRITE's laws, you d!e.

Verdantians have a natural, dominant trait that enables them to eat chocolate. Their bodies are immune to the toxins in it. But to any other kingdom, chocolate is deadly and terrifying. XD So, if Arthy and Ink had puupies, their babis would inherit the trait too. But Ink's not stuipid enough to drink chocolate in front of Arthy. It'll reveal who she is. ewe

Umbra citizens all have exteremely dominant darker fur colors. If a dog with naturally white fur (Maltese) bred with a Umbra citizen, the babus would have dark fur. Also the fur is longer, and the dark color helps absorb heat. (It's kind of cold)

But Maltese are small and uglee. Why u want babus with dem? (I know some people like small dogs, but their huge dark eyes and brash manner just creep me out. e-e)

XD IDK. Jack russels are a better, cuter example. But small doges be in verdant.
