WOY OC: Vortex by ChibiNel
A new OC that is my take of #SketchTheBook's concept of an evil ruler similar to Lord Hater, but appearing to be better, having a Watchdog switch to his side. Vortex is supposed to be an "Anti-Lord Hater", with his blue contrasting Hater's red, and his purple eyes contrasting Hater's green eyes. $ketchbook and I will most likely develop him more and introduce an army. #ChibiNel #WOY #WanderOverYonder #WOYVortex #Yukato #OCVortex #KingVortex
