This little girl's name is Willow. As said in the title, Willow is an elf. She's the last elf in her world and has a rare addition: She has fairy-like wings (I forgot to put them in this drawing ._.) that she can use at any time.
Her hands are basically claws while her feet are paws. She also has elf ears, but her hair hides them most of the time.
Surprisingly, the gem on her necklace is the same gem on Raven's collar.
