@Johan3D did a tutorial about it. The way I usually do it is look at clocks. If you look at one,then look away, then look back, tthe time will be completely different. Hope this helps ^U^
My sister trying lucid dreaming and it worked for her, but I don't really know if it will work for other people to. She did two things to lucid dream: 1. Every morning she wrote a journal of her dreams 2. Before she sleeps, she writes an 'A' for awake in her hand. Every time he'll notice it while she is awake and walking or doing something, she will start noticing it in her dreams. That's how she did it but I'm not that sure as said previously if it will work for you aswell. I'll send you an email on 16 steps that may or may not help you. See ya Evanna OvO
