Still getting a hold of the controls. Is there any way to merge layers? coloring is a pain otherwise!

You can merge layers by going to the layers section and dragging one layer underneath the layer you desire to merge it with. Hope I helped. Btw HYDREIGON IS BEST POKEMON.
