DOES THIS LOOK TOO MUCH LIKE THE ORIGANAL?? If so, I'll change it. XD I didn't know if I had to do a ref... so I made it a picture! Aren't I smrt? XD IDK why he's frowning, it just made it look better. But here's Neon's redesign, I hope you likey! :D
