Professor Stitch is mentally unstable. As such, medication helps calm his voices, demons, visions, and flashbacks. Combine that with a 14-year-old trapped in the body of a 21-year-old and a dead ghost brother that bullies him and pushes him to give in to his psychotic nature and you have one wreck of a character
Moral of the story: Sitch needs medication so he doesn't destroy us all and don't ever let him not take it.
