So what if no one else cares? Your one out of a million. But you know what? Your a nice, heroic person. How many people can say, "I have this awesome friend that totally saved me from getting punched in the nose!"
Or anything worse... but i hope not.
You would lay down your life for someone. That is incredibly admirable for one so young... And if you feel you can't inspire anyone at home... you've definately inspired some on colors.

Keep being a hero. The world needs some. Even if they are secret... they are very important.
You know how one tree can grow a million seeds in its lifetime?
You may not know it, but that is what you are doing. So keep being awesome. Inspire us, we can all try to be heroes, but there always has got to be a first.

No it's not all for nothing because people do care. Many people do. Many of Your friends do.
