I love eet! I hate you XD cuz I was going to draw a shadow Lugia soon now I don't want to be a repeat so I'ma wait now...
I don't see why shadow lugia isn't it's shiny form... Back when I was little and played Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness(sadly disk is scratched to sh!t with my Pokemon Colosseum and Mario Party 5 & 6 D':> ) I thought his shadow form WAS his shiny form! (they should do an even for it :D like the notched ear pichu)
I still have my shadow Lugia! he's on my X right now :3 (but purifyed)
