Thanks for the reply with your experiences, It's a strange thought for me to actually realise your dreaming, but i really want to experience it to. So you said rubbing your hands and saying 'i am dreaming' increases your lucidity, something else to? And are they any dangers to it or is it just very innocent ? (sorry if my questions bother you, i'm a very curious person u.u)
