These don't really look like Pomeranians, but I tried.
Pomecus (Pom-ee-cuss) These small Pokemon perfect their psychic powers by fighting with their eyes closed. The gems on their foreheads glow brighter the harder they focus.
Pometulli (Pom-eh-too-lee) They use their eyes to hypnotize enemies and prey. The ring on their heads assists in channeling their power.

The names come from Pomeranian, and the Latin words for "blind" (caecus) and "owl" (tulli).
