A guy heads down to the beach to view at some chicks in swimsuits and is suddenly sucked into the Pokemon world, but as he did hi's body transforms into a familiar tomboy-ish mermaid. Once she materializes in the Pokemon she's now getting looks from the guys but she's only interested in one thing: Being a water Pokemon master.
