Lately I've been less motivated to art and more motivated to story. So I will write. This is the prolougue to Katya's unnamed story (I still need one) and it basically just tells how these human/animal hybrids got onto the planet of Trevumn. In the comments, of course. #Katya #QuadKat #KatStory
The Colors! Gallery moderators will look at it as soon as possible.

Look at the stars, little one. See the large one, the one that burns so brightly? Do you know why? It's the closest to us, separated my endless stretches of the universe, sure, but closer than any other. It's also the homeland of our origin; Sol, as it is known. The humans had lived there, creating technologies for us to use in our voyage through the cosmos to Trevumn, the mighty planet of the Monarch System, the only planet able to sustain life in this whole solar system. Now, these humans, the greatest apes of their kind, had suffered an outbreak, a virus, of none seen before. Brought on by the extensive damage to their environment, this virus ate the livng flesh straight off the bone, stripping the organism to nothing more than mere shreds. It had k!lled off most of the population, save for the three scientists in charge of the hybridization project, merging the DNA of two organisms to create new ones. We are the byproduct of this experiment and, seeing that they would not survive, the scientists used everything they had to send their precious remnants of humanity into the stars and hope they land on target. They did, and now, their offspring thrive on this planet, and others too, as now our technology surpasses even the humans' and we may travel where we like.

*As we are the children of the stars. Born from science and grown in the cosmos. (Had to finish it properly. XD)

Interesting concept, humanity forced to create hybrids in order to survive a terrible plague. The picture you did is also pretty cool.....
