my only complaint is that your chibi isn't chibi enough. it just looks like a doll to me.
the rest is great though. makes me think of dog Jade if she was pink.

Chibi, generally 2-3 heads tall with exceptionally large anime eyes. child-like chubby body and fingers(if any. up to you) poofy anime hair with sharp points and soft curves. the mouth is small, but becomes extreamly large for strong emotions. basically huggably cute like puppies and kittens ^-^ <3 and babies but mothers generally don't let strangers hug them.
