Spirited upper classer in the Verdant republic.
Jey is sweet, but known for her craftiness. She's formed a trust with Tangerine, as he loves her furniture. (She's a artistian crafter) She often raises her prices a squidge higher than what they SHOULD be.. XD She was born and raised in upperclass in art studies. :P
