This guys Mort. His only definitive features being a blue eye, comically morbid bowtie, and a crack on his right eye. Mort is that one weird guy who has no friends and secludes himself from others. Quiet and shy, he usually just mutters to himself. He has some pretty twisted plans for anyone who makes fun of him though! Mort just needs some tender love and care. D'aww.
