well, i know how a face should be and how it looks like without the skin but i know i will most likely fuk it up if i try to paintna "normal" face, that's why there's a lot of shading and mechanical parts in there.
the tubes are there because i think they look cool.
i perfer to draw/paint deformed faces for some reason.
