My mii by DevilishDB
Take a picture on a camera then scan that pic in the mii maker. I have tested it and it works so if it doesn't for you maybe your camera isn't as high-quality as it needs to be.

Traced, not painted (qr image options -> save mii as qr code then put that in the background).
