Manticore society is where a leader is chosen by voting. The Leader has most of the power, but is advised by a small group, whom are also elected. The Leader and small group stay in power until they die. Their system is full of many flaws and laws can change quickley because the Leader has the power to revoke almost anything. Many tyrant Kings used to rule and cause famine, riots, and a civil war. Rahlee, however is much more logical and open minded. #dragonwars#rahlee#manticore
