Dewey The Totodile Over The Years by Silent Totodile

Dewey came to my life when I was 13. I made a horror story for him. He was supposed to be a demon trapped in the body of a middle-aged Totodile. In 2009 I started drawing Totodile sketches and made some funny comic strips. In fact, I liked it so much that I completely changed Dewey's character. When I introduced him on DeviantART in 2010 I made him a regular 26 year old (now 30) Totodile with green eyes and gave him a corky and choleric personality. Then I announced to make his real story a comic. I´m sorry to say this, but it won´t happen. I was young when I made the story and I found out that it´s pretty uninspired and there are many plot holes. And my "Fredo The Ant" series kinda happed (2nd pic in my Colors! gallery) and I'm very successful with it. It was a real surprise. I can't keep working on it and start the comic as a side project. And I still have my job at the hospital, you know. So Dewey stays the silly and grumphy Totodile we all know. It's better that way.

To be honest, as soon as your Fredo The Ant series started doing well, I always knew that comic would be very unlikely to get off the ground.

I always liked how you don't draw Totodile like the original design. It's something I've always liked you for!

Anyway, do you want to see that picture my cousin did of the two Pokemon?

I really like how you draw him, man! A Pokemon that you draw doesn't always have to look exactly the real deal. That makes a character unique! ; )

I like you older style :D
Big head and tiny body, like a chibi-dile.
