Anyways, this is the setting of the book:
It's the year 2247, the world was effected by radiation December twenty-first, two-thousand-twelve. This odd 'wave' only effected the canines on the planet, making them hostile and thirsty for blood. Human blood.
The government banned people from owning dogs, saying they were too dangerous. They themselves have several that patrol city streets, keeping everyone in line.

Many of The Government's dogs don't survive more then a year, and the ones that do are t0rtured and experimented on.
One managed to escape, and is now seeking revenge on the ones responsible for kiIling her family and using her as a sIave her entire life.
