I am aware that #Pokemon Bank came back to the Japanese e-Shop. Because of that, there's still hope that we'll get Pokemon Bank sooner or later. Along with Bank's release, there will be an event to where you are able to obtain a #Celebi in X and Y if you do get Bank.
