Kenny used to be really into cloth, so you would most likely see him wearing his coat thing and his scarfs tied on his arms. He would never take off his collar, because he would most likely start hyperventalating(?) and faint, since he gets stressed 24/7. He has the ability to levitate things. ( more in comments :y )

His weapon is this large bear-trap-like object that is made from a very heavy metal. Since it can't even be opened by a human or on it's own, Kenny uses his physic thing to open it and close it. He's shy at first, but he will open up to you once you've talked to him a few times.
His bell calms him down whenever he's stressed, frightened, or angry.
Sorry if i spell anything wrong. Spelling isn't my thing.
