Im actually relatively proud of the 3d for this one c:
She was born with this power that enables her to become invisible and she can manipulate air so she can slow her fall if she needs to. Also, if she gets upset/angry etc.she pushes the air and they get slammed into a wall or somthing so she is on the run from da police...
So basically an Air Elemental
