It looks so cool! Its ability to change its type at will during battle certainly comes in handy.

Indeed. Try to hit it with a Dragon type move it will change into a Fairy type.

Arcaydus won't be too powerful. Its attack or special attack (depending on its nature) can go to 438 when lv. one hundred (not both).
