i thought it would be nice to give fin an oc! basicly, its a calm lugia with a necklace that, if broken, it can release a whole ocean..<3 hes also a major cutie patoot. I did this because fin is really the only one i can be most comfortable and open with..hes suchna cool dude! #LueG #Bluechar
