This book is A-MAZING. It's about this dude, Dorian Gray, who becomes a narcissist and becomes jealous of a portrait (of himself) his friend painted for him because it will never age. So, he sells his soul (to the devil?) and wishes to never become old and ugly. As he commits sins, the painting shows the results of his crimes in the form of aging. Aaaand Dorian pretty much goes crazy. Great story. Seriously, I love it.
The Colors! Gallery moderators will look at it as soon as possible.

I saw the movie on it,(Spoilers?) it was sad. .-.
He gets bored since he's lived so long and meets a refreshing girl that kinda makes him want to live but somehow he ends up dying anyway.
It makes me ache when I see people who've turned bad, then realize what they've done and try to make amends, but get punished anyway, and die.
It just feels lonely to me.

hmmm... that description of the book seems familiar.. could it be it was made to a movie (like in the 30's?) But in the movie it seemed he lived forever as his sins were captured in his portrait.

You have the makings of an artist to be. I have my hopes as well as my concerns, but those concerns rest with it's beholder, whom who are. I like you, so here's the secret to a fullfilled life. It may not come to you at first but in time, you will learn it's meaning.
-To truly percieve life for what it is, you must look through the eyes of a dead man first.
